I am looking to start a Warriors of Chaos army and I was doing some Google searches for inspiration when I cam across these guys on "BuyPainted.com": http://buypainted.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/warriors-of-slaanesh-1.jpg

Does anyone know how they achieved that helmet? Is it a conversion? If so where can I find the bits? Or is it an alternate head I can buy from some third party?

Also does anyone know of any good sites to pick up bits for Great weapons for warriors?
