With purifiers psychic power becoming buffed, I was thinking of a way to get them in the action from the off. I was thinking of having a detachment of sm with raven guard tactics so you can scout ,take a few rhinos put the purifiers in the raven rhinos scout "12 then move "12 on 1st turn and you will be in opponents deployment area say with 2-3 full units of purifiers pummeling everything with psychic attack and psycannons!! Does anyone have any other ideas?

White scars get scout, not raven guard. I believe raven guard get infiltrate on units without jump packs, and some silly bonus to assault marines.

Also, the inch signifier comes after the number, not before. 12", not "12.

No, I'm pretty sure it's Scout. Scars get it with Khan for every unit with a DT or bike, not by default. RG get scout on everything not Bulky, Stealth on the first turn and the ability for Jump Pack units to use them in the move and assault phases. Shrike confers Infiltrate to a squad of models with Jump Packs.

@OP: Welcome to Dakka.

The plan as you mention it won't quite work as you can't start the game in other units' Dedicated Transport. That said, RG and GK could work using RG squads (Sternguard and Tacticals) and GK Interceptors and Dreadknights with Teleporters. The Rhinos deploy, scout, move and disembark while the GK teleport units perform their Shunt move, getting you a whole bunch of models in the enemy lines on Turn 1, ready to rapid-fire/Assault in the next turn. Throw in a Drop Pod dread or two and you could really perform a 'threat overload' on the enemy simply by giving them so much to deal with.

Use GK's GM's Grand Strategy to give purifiers and their dedicated transports scout. Take Mordrak and get Grand Strategy and yet another unit to hurl at the enemy turn 1.
