After being sufficiently annoyed by the ship tokens getting mixed up and me having to look through every last one to find the one I needed, I made an organizer for the tokens.

A piece of plasticard cut slightly bigger than the token and two lengths of plastirod (one fitting inside the other) netted me this system;

Glue the rods together slightly off-set.
Glue the rods to the plasticard.
Drill or cut a hole in the plasticard from the back.

I did something similar using the extra pegs and bases I have from all of the ship I've bought. I had custom trays made by Battlefoam with slots that the bases fit in snuggly. I then glued enough pegs to each base to reach the top of the foam tray and then trimmed the top of the peg assembly level with the top of the tray. I don't have dividers between the ship types but may add them later.

I put them all in one of the many plastic bags that come with the ships.
