So, uh, basically this list was an exercise in making a force almost entirely out of Fast Attack, brought on by a conversion I'm working on involving turning a metal Dark Eldar Talos into a Chaos Jetbike...thing. It really shouldn't be taken seriously but I'd love to try it.
