As I explained on the first page there is a difference between being immune to Instant Death and being irrelevant to Instant Death.

I read your explanation and it's completely irrelevant. Wax as loquacious as you like, until you prove that a vehicle is not a model, is affected by instant death, or cannot fail a save, it's perfectly allowable rules-as-written.

Yes, it's a dick move, no, I wouldn't allow it either, and yes, it's completely within GW's poorly written rules for the blood angels codex.

And honestly, I don't want to read another enormous post of your nonsensical causal relationship circumlocution. If you're going to prove that the exsanguinator can't be used on a vehicle, do so within the actual ruleset.
