Fungi =/= Plant
If they were a plant, consider the venus fly trap.
waste disposal is a normal process of living creatures.

the eldar are dieing and maybe if they got it on once in a while that might solve the problem

The most advanced race, with the most highly trained warriors, in all the universe uses the same weapon as the least advanced race, with the clumsiest warriors, in the universe:

Avenger Shuriken Catapults and Shootas have the same stats except apparently the shurikens can pierce one extra armor point, ap5 vs ap6!!!

Thats technology for ya!! one extra ap. Except you forgot the fact that a dire avenger costs 16?? (i'm not sure) points, but an ork shoota boy only costs 6 points.

A dire avenger costs 12 points and an ork costs 6. In the rules you can have 2 Orks that are just as likely to kill a space marine for the same points as one dire avenger, except when that space marine shoots back he's gonna have a lot harder time killing the two orks than the one dire avenger, especially if the orcs are smart enough to hide in some cover!

But this is mostly just because the Orc codex is simply rediculously powerful while the Eldar Codex is yet to get it's injection of SEX!

IMO make dire avengers get re-rolls to hit or re-rolls to wound, and make all shuriken weapons 18" so that your basic guardian wielding a catapult doesn't have to get within assult range to shoot! That would make a little more sense Fluff wise, but that suggestion probably belongs in a different thread lol.

I've got an interesting question... what happens to the space marine or IG commisar that forgets he's wearing a powerfist and goes to pick his nose?

Answer: Space marines can easily manage without noses, and a commissar would shoot himself for picking his nose on the job

Anyway, where do servitors really come from? Since I know they aren't just 'built'.

I've read in the novels that they're criminals or other socially unfit beings that are deprived of their humanityand have machine parts assimilated into their bodies. They then perform menial tasks or assist in combat as basically lifeless machines.

Bolters: Has been retconed. They are able to use both Caseless and Cased Ammo.

Orks: Yes, they are Sentient Plants created by a Galactic race of Superbeings who seeded a good Portion of Life in the Galaxy. Woo hoo? Also See Venus Fly Trap. Even plants have a taste for meat sometimes.

Eldar: Yes, because we all know Civilisations die off in a matter of decades. Eldar have been a "dying race" for millennia and will take a good few more to fully die off. There are a good few Eldar left (Billions to Trillions) but they will eventually die because they cannot procreate efficiently any more. And before you go "Billions of Eldar LOLWUT" compare it to the numbers of the other races, especicaly humans, who number in the Quadrillions and Orks who... hell I dont think they have even invented a number big enough for them.

Orks are fungus, not plants... even in a modern, realistic frame of reference, fungus has more in common with animals than it does plants.

And the only reason carnivorous plants consume animals (insects, generally) is that the soil they reside in is severely nitrogen deficient, so they developed other means by which to get said element. Does nobody recall 8th grade science anymore?

I meant plants in a general sense. Yes they are fungus if you wanna be technical.

That's not even a technicality.... they aren't even in the same kingdoms.

You do realise Plasma Cannons have to roll to Gets Hot! just like EVERY OTHER weapon with the rule? Read the bit about how Gets Hot! interacts with Blast weapons.

Yeah... Just because the plasma cannon is larger doesn't mean it can't lose its magnetic stream and severely burn the user, except for vehicles, but that's just a given
