Bioshock 2 is worrying me, seeing as they flaunt the multiplayer as the biggest selling point.

No. Bioshock 2, I do not want. Simply as it will actually make me cry.

Bioshock 1 was a thing of immense beauty, artistic vision, gorgeous design, characters, graphics, style, and grim vision. Made by a different studio.. I think it will lack that something the first one had.

And the multiplayer will be terrible. The guns are too simple, maybe if more were added and some of the firearm mechanics changed, then that would be good. Otherwise just Grenade-launcher spam.

"And what is wrong with their life? What on earth is less reprehensible than the life of the Levovs?"
- American Pastoral, Philip Roth

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,
And greater wars: when each proud fighter brags
He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags.

Hopefully the multiplayer works out.

If the single player turns out to be a total S**t-fest, then I'll know I've wasted my $60. The continuation of the storyline is all I care about.

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

Yeah, I'm a friggin' genius. You're welcome.

Hearts of Iron III just came out and would like you to give it a call and maybe take it out to a nice steak dinner.

Wooo! Let me get my specialty oils and incense.

It's depressing though. Click on PC Reviews and narrow it down by Turn-based Strategy and look
at the downtime between titles.

There is a multiplayer emphasis? Damn. I haven't been keeping up. If they don't keep the great, immersive story in single player mode, I'll be very upset. I was already a bit afraid for the game when I heard that the protagonist was to be a big daddy. That seems like it would cut out a great deal of what made the first game great just so people can be the Master Chief of Bioshock.

Dakka. You need more of it. No exceptions.

What are you talking about? They're Space Marines, which are heroic. They need to be able to do all the heroic stuff. They fight aliens and don't afraid of anything. -Orkeosarus
