Yes, dreaming is an important part of sleeping. Shows that you are getting the right amount of rest and that your brain is active in the right ways.

If you don't dream, you're not resting correctly. It can lead to death.

Its called Seeing Auras. Where you can tell the mood of a person from huge bright lights coming from someone. And he is not pulling my leg. He guessed one of my friends emotions. And this guy has never felt an emotion.

I thought I said that in my original post. But yes, a lot of people do not remember their dreams. I only remember my dreams rarely. But I do dream.

i can move my eyes really quick, its like an eartquake inside my head haha (ps:.. it makes you blind...JOKE)

I'm not sure how unusual it is, but I'm capable of turning any dream of mine into a plot in the fictional universe I'm building. Maybe I just have really good dreams for that, but hey. (And no, the universe is not really, really screwed up so my dreams fit into it)

I can whip out movie and stand-up quotes out at the drop of a hat. In an odd way, though - someone will say a line or something and I'll instantly recall a good movie quote to go along with it, or some comedian's line from a stand-up routine. It's weird to me how quickly it happens, and sometimes I don't even notice it.

I can vibrate my eyeballs, which freaks people out who look at them.

I can bend all my fingers just at the knuckle while keeping the rest straight to make a 90 degree angle, but thats about it!

Well I was joking about alot of that stuff about my friend. He says he can -.- but i doubt it
I can do martial arts.... I took me 2 years of training. finnaly pays off..
And body language is easy. I have a book called reading body languages.... Its an actual book D:
The Deja vu is just my eyes speeding up before my body can react. Not really seeing the future just concidence....

When I was younger and got much more sleep, I could do this (although it was more a case of forcing my eyes open), as well as force myself awake from a nightmare. I used to have livid dreams, in which I could control my actions and was completely awar of being asleep.

Since this seems to have turned into a thread of 'unusual physical/mental attributes' more than an actual thread of unusual talents, I'll bite.

I am incredibly flexible. Some of this may be attributed to being born with spinal meningitis, but most of my joints go far beyond normal human capacity. I could be a contortionist if I chose to. Unfortunately, some of the discs in my back are ruptured, and it can occasionally cause me a great deal of pain.

The last time I was tested, my intelligence quotient was sitting at 155. I have no idea the effects of years of copious drug use have had on this. My mathematical skills have definitely atrophied, as I used to be able to solve college-level algebra equasions without writing anything down or making use of a calculator. I now have trouble remembering basic formulae.

Speaking of this, the left and right hemispheres of my brain are equal to one another. Instead of being ambidextrous, I have relegated my hands to specific purposes, instead of excercising both for every conceivable purpose. This has made my right hand more efficient at writing than my left, for example, since I have never practiced writing with my left hand.

I have an extremely unusual metabolism. I can gain or lose ten pounds in a week, depending on which one I'm aiming for. My body has an usually high tolerance to most drugs, especially synthetic prescription drugs (For example, it takes three to five times the amount of the majority of prescription painkillers for me to feel the effects of a 'normal' dosage for my BMI). My body is also very efficient at cleansing itself from the waste byproducts of drugs (I've passed urinalyses within a quarter of the average window for various drugs numerous times with absolutely no adulteration).

I can eat a ridiculous amount of food (10+ pounds in one sitting) without feeling full or nauseous, so long as the food in question is not of the same variety.

If I focus, I can gain complete control over my equilibrium. This serves absolutely no useful purpose.

I can see the ionization of the crystals in digital clock numbers as electricity passes through them (that is actually what my doctor said).

You know how it looks in the Butterfly Effect when everything starts to shake and go blurry? Well that's what it looks like when I look at digital numbers except it is only the numbers and nothing else. My eyes are fine and I don't have vision problems, it's just according to my doctor I have a unique ability for my eyes

I have no recollection of my dreams and very rarely do I even notice that I have dreams, I know I have them, but I will have not remember it, nor will I remember dreaming in the first place. Though the ones I do remember seem to play out like a K-drama....

And when I sleep, I sleep like a rock. I've slept through earthquakes.

I can also drink a copious amount of liquid. In one day, I've had 2 cups of coffee, 2 double gulps from the 7-11, 5 24oz bottles of water and 4 Large sodas from my local Jack in the box. And that's rather normal for me. And unsurprisingly I go to the bathroom about 100 times a day.

Oh and I'm a super taster! Which frankly kinda sucks when eating fast food... it just won't taste good...

I can lock all my fingers, as in if I straighten out my hand, like 2 fingers will stay straight when I relax my hand.

I can click my tongue at around 100 decibels. Seriously. I used to make people go temporarily deaf with it. Clicked my tongue once in class, and got sent to the principles for having some sort of iPod that had a loud noise. I then explained this to my principle, she laughed, the told me not to do it again.
