Yeah, The black over white might seem...strange? but i origionally found this out about 2 weeks back on my Vanguard Vets, which turned out great!
Also I used to to great use on an entire eldar army..
I painted my lil' bro an entire eldar battleforce (Biel tan colors which is white with green helm's) AND a warlock (hq) in around 2 hours (not including assembally)
I spray'd everything white..put green on helms of troopers..and wash...one squad done...
