I'm not disputing that, but they should have known where to correctly redirect the questions the first time.

How the hell would they? It's not their department, and people would still take them redirecting the questions as some kind of case of the run-arounds.

What? You don't think the press secretary's staff isn't going to read the new's article and not think to get the correct agency to direct the question to? Puh-leeze. It's political wrangling at it's best. You don't want to answer questions you direct them to the first agency that comes to mind. Giving yourself time to come up with a good answer to the questions being asked.

Imagine the greatest thing you've ever felt, now multiply that by roughly 178.4. That's what it feels like to fire the M1.

Now divide that feeling by 178.4 to the tenth power, and that's what it feels like to get bit by the M1.
