well they look like they were cobbled together from stuff that would be lying around during Renaissance, Medieval, and The Industrial age. Their common features are a barrel for the main part of their body and what looks like a wagon axel connecting its legs together. Their legs are either wooden or metal beams that both end at half of a barrel. After that no two models are the same. Some of their heads are buckets, skulls, and an assortment of other junk. the most common arms are some metal and wooden beams and boards attached to a joint which is attached to another wooden or metal beam which ends at half a barrel sealed off. There is no set piece weapons at the end but some chains or a claw type thing are the most common.

I see. Kinda weird, lol but it seems easy enough to draw
So Anyways, I've used the Age of Mythology Map Maker to create a Stygian city, personally, I love it, but that I leave to you guys.
P.S. They are Humans in the pic below, but I couldn't change that, just try to imagine them with blue skin, white hair, long pointy ears & less facial hair.
So here is the Entrance to that city, protected by the slumbering Colossus, who will only awake if there is an enemy approaching. They are the first line of defense. (P.S. imagine them a bit more Steampunk & with glowing blue eyes).
And here are two Forts protecting the main gates. As you can guess, here is where the Archers climb on & start spreading throughout the walls. This is the second line of defense.
Here is the Entrance, you can see the many statues of Poseidon here, that is because this would be a Village exposed to the sea, so they start worshiping Poseidon the most. Also, a bunch of Towers in case the enemy got through the main entrance.
The Stygians have a form of Hotels for those who come to Stygian lands. These places are usually very close to Market places & are well guarded by Hoplites.
The Market places are very important to many Stygian cities, like Atikus for example, for they heavily depend on the Food, Wood & other resources which they gain from trading. There are some cities however that only require a few Villages around them to gain Food, Wood & Metal, but there are many required resources which they can only gain from trading.
And These are the Docks, these places are usually guarded by entire Fleets of Triremes & small pockets of Hoplites. There are multiple lighthouses on a single shipyard, so they could send different signals.
The Stygian Navy, composed of Triremes as their fast hitters & the heavy Juggernauts. The Poseidon Statues are there so the God of the oceans would be pleased & their Shipyards would stay safe.
And here are great gardens upon which hundreds of Stygians gather to hear important news from the Papas, who are thought to be the Messengers of the Gods. There are also great Temples here, made so Villagers could praise the Gods & give them offerings. The most popular ones are Zeus, the God of Lightning, Poseidon, the God of Oceans & Hades, the God of the Underworld.
The Stygians also create statues for their bravest heroes. Here we see a statue of Alarxis, who had fought a Nemean Lion, Manticore & Chimera, then he had cut the heads of all 3 beasts & wore them to battle, greatly inspiring his Troops. We also have a statue of a Cyclops who had lead his Tribe to defeat a bunch of frenzied Hydras which were ravaging a Stygian city & with that victory the Stygians had deeply thanked all Plain Riders.
These are the greatest of the Temples for each of the Gods. This is a place where only the Papas can go, while their bodyguards wait outside. The many Hoplites here are protecting the most mystical of Relics & the most powerful of weapons.
Welcome to the Stygian Stables, here the Kataskopos (Black) have very basic training, simply learning how to fight while horseback, on the other hand, the Hippikon (White) & Hetaroi have more advanced training, being capable of changing positions, advanced fighting & other skills.
Here are the Stygian Armories. Here they create weapons & armor for the Stygian army, varying from Spears, Swords, Javelins, Bows, Icarus wings, even the Petrobolos.
This is where the Stygian infantry trains. the Hoplites & Hypaspits are training on par with each other while the Toxotes & Peltasts are target practicing, from two rows.
And here we can see a Genika training a 150 Perioikoi. These men are less then ordinary Citizens, but they would gladly die in the name of Stygia.
Here are some Stygian warriors without their armor, just hanging around for now.
This is the Civilian Area. These places are quite peaceful, with Houses stretching on for miles ahead. Here is where a Stygian can live an ordinary day.
The Perioikoi gather here & are trained to protect the Civilians here, just like Hoplites would protect the other parts of a Stygian city.
Here the Stygians have Bakers, Sawmills, Banks, Forges, anything they require for an ordinary life.
However, a Stygian city is not perfect, there are many of those who would go against the law, so they are sent to prison. Prisoners of war are kept here as well. Prisons are the only parts of the Civilian Area that are protected by Hoplites.
There are great Halls where the Stygian Council gathers to discuss the issues of the city. The Council is consisted out of very wise Stygians, some of them are even Papas. These areas are very important, so they are protected by a very thick wall, one or two pair of Colossus & a Regiment or two of Hoplites.
Here is the Palace. A Palace is where Stygian Generals gather to discuss battle plans. This is also where the Stygian army gathers just before they march out of the Gates to war. These areas are actually quite beautiful & are very well protected by small armies of Hoplites.
Well, that is all I have. I've been working on this for a whole day. I hope you enjoyed it

... wow that city is impresive but would be easy to take. i mean the forces of chaos could draw all the troops in the city away to war and then when it is at its weakest, attack it with the Cyro ice fleets(very cool looking flying ships made of ice) and have some cultist open a rift inside the city for the rest of the elementals. The kost would have a field day there.

they look more like the warriors of chaos in a different suit of armor colored in a combination a red, black, white, and purple with a round shield bearing chaos' symbol.
this is Chaos' symbol.

We're also thinking of replacing the Vampires (which would probably get turned down because Twilight seriously Nerfed the reputation for Vamps & Werewolves) with a race called Taboo.
Zombies, Skeletons, Ghouls, Necromancers, Giant Maggots, Rusty Machines, Undead Elves, Dwarfs, Centaurs & Voodoo Magic.
It's still a fresh new idea, so they will get a lot more stuff & maybe a lot of stuff will change as well.

OK, so we might have a new Background army as well: Gnolls.
They live in the Laughing Savannah (somewhere in the Blaster Desert, the land of the Trolls) which is covered in seas of tall grass & filled with all manner of predatory creatures, and the Gnolls are the fiercest of them all.

Tell that to the Israeli's...
I dunno, I feel like most of this is just recycled from existing stuff and not all that interesting or inspiring, and really kinda corny and simplistic (there was a glimmer of hope w/ mention of the flying iceberg ship things, but then I thought about it and realized that is really really corny...)
Although I will say that I do like the concept of the scarecrows (and the artwork even more-so, you have some talent as an artist for sure), although I think the background is kinda... well cheesy. Like the Lord Carl stuff and the time machine, etc... it just... I can't take it seriously... also, the background bits of people talking and then screaming 'AH SLAVERS!!!!' is just... well I don't really believe it, it sounds like something a 3 year old would write...

You could have the gnolls be sort of hyena like, and be at war with the trolls, which look sort of like lionmen. The gnoll king could be called Ed, and the liontroll king could be called Simba. It could be called 'the laughing Savanah' because the liontroll king gets a special rule called "Ha! I laugh at danger", and y'know, laughs a lot as he runs around the savanah.
