I've beaten Silent Hill 2 close to 300 times; I have to say that's the weapon I've spent the most time with.

For first person shooters, I always go with a pump-action shotgun whenever I have the option, as I enjoy the rush you get trying to position yourself close enough to an enemy to blast their face into a lead-filled paste. Nothing beats that kind of satisfaction. However, in The Specialists (a mod for the original Half-Life), which I probably played more of than any other FPS, I always enjoyed using the Golden Colts (along with the Castor Troy skin) from Face-Off.

In terms of sheer kill-count, I like using 2H Maces in RPGs (Specifically MMOs), but it might have to go to the Motorcycle from Dead Rising. That thing has brought tens of thousands of zombies down.

I was mulling this over, trying to think which guns and explosives I might have used most over the years, I was doing quite well narrowing down the list...

Then I remembered I've played Pandemic 2 on more than a few occasions and since an average game of that will see your parasite bioweapon see off two thirds of the worlds population, I'm going to have to go with that.

Hmm I'm going to have to go back many years here, it's probably the Cobra mark III in Elite (I can't specify a weapon sadly). Of course it could also be my silcenced sniper pistol o'doom with red dot targeter that I tend to use every time I play Deus Ex.

I would have to go with the sniper rifle or the shotgun. I like zooming in and taking the kill shot or up close to take out the brain. Shotguns normally help with the brain thing.

Anything with an ACOG scope on it in any shooting game.

M14, FN FAL, any assault rifle, Python, etc.

Yes, an ACOG on the Python outsniping snipers and outshooting guys with assault rifles.

Probally the Assault Rifle from Halo 3, although the BR would be a close second.

Going from Frontier (EliteII) I'm gonna say 4 MW beamlaser. At least that was my favorite weapon to equip on about any starship.

While thinking on this more, Ill have to add the garrote wire in all the Hitman games. I had this fetish with killing people with it, it was just the tits if you got in the right spot. That one was way up on my list
