I'd say C'tan. "Hi I'm essential a god in the mortal plane, some jackoff pissed in my cereal so I woke up. I'm going to devour this planet, the one next to it and the one on the farthest reaches of the system where a minor skirmish is going on where I normally should have no part in that battle but you know what? I'll do it anyway because I can." Nothing subtle about using a God for a small recon mission.

Yeah I'd say khorne as well... Unmitigated violence for the heck of it? While screaming from the top of your lungs? something as unsubtle as "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD"?
I mean, the might as well scream "Unsubtlety for the throne of unsubtleness!" Though they'd probably trip on their tongue doing that I know I just did

Blood Angels, how obtuse of a Chapter do you have to be to have EVERYTHING with blood in the name?
Imagine the Gift Shop at the Blood Angels Chapter Monestary:
"Hi, would you like Blood drop shaped aspirins?" "How about some blood flavored candy or chewing gum?" "Want some blood keychains or blood pencil sharpeners?"
Ridiculous!
