I'm slightly disturbed by the fact that the more I look at that model the more the sword seems to be completely reasonable....

My only criticism is the angle at which he's holding the blade. Looks more like he thinks it's a standard than a sword.
Outside of that, it's brilliant.
Also, please, please, please do one with the hammer.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Actually that is my same criticism as well. I really wanted him to be holding the blade like he was swinging it to cut off someone's head, but the arms I used (from the terminator kit) were sort of set in that position. I cut the old handle off the sword and used the staff part as the new hilt.
If I had known people would have liked it this much, I probably would have spent some more time on the positioning of the sword.

Can you get another identical sword, and have him dual-wielding?

I agree with Gaahl what with the 40k version of Guts, however I also really enjoy the model because 40k is so over the top really unique model is what I would say but way to many things have huge swords, so to this is I say EPIC
