This isn't a noire movie. If you beat someone to death, then there will be massive lawsuits, job loss, and political consequences.

well, "massive" might be a bit hyperbolic as I doubt there will be all that much actual mass to said lawsuits

The issue is whether the would have received a license had they applied for it. It's not automatic. I kind of hope they wouldn't get one anyway. It's not really appropriate. My problem is that really there are much more important issues to protest. You really could have picked something more worthwhile to get thrown in jail for. Sure freedom of expression is important, but is freedom of expression at a national monument important? Not really.

No dancing at war memorials, unless its the Babushka. The sacred Babushka may, of course be danced anywhere, but its especially welcome at budget meetings.
