I believe its something akin to a Cajun stew...
Its got rice, beans, and the type I've had usually have some sort of shrimp or seafood in it, lots of different seasonings too...
Really?
Sounds delicious. I've always thought it was some sort of paste, to tell the truth XD
I make gumbo once in a blue moon since I first tried it while down south, it is awesome.
I think of it as seafood chili as you can throw anything you want in it, but I remember reading somewhere it is based off some African fish stew or some such...
Though lately my food addiction would be breakfast burgers
make a big burger with cheese and bacon, then top it with an over easy egg, salsa, and sour cream.
YUM!!

I would call that a blasphemy if I wasn't so curious as to what Coffee milk was...
I think its a latte with extra milk...
Nope, coffee milk is a drink made out of milk and coffee syrup. Coffee syrup is made by running milk and sugar through coffee grounds, its only sold in Rhode Island in the United States and is so popular up there that Brown University and the University of Rhode Island have it on tap.

Good deal for the money too. You can pack those bowls full of whatever you want and then throw in some rice and noodles.
I'm heading back down to go see Captain America with may dad (Cap is his favorite superhero from when he was a kid) the week after it releases. We'll probably stop by while I'm there.

As always, I agree with everything FITZZ has said though I have to wonder why there's no jambalaya on his list.
I'd like to add a really well made plate of Fish and Chips. It really is my favorite thing in the world if done correctly. With cod or haddock, mind. Get your halibut the feth out of here.

There's a place by us called the Beach Pub, because its near a beach, its a local restaurant and doesn't see too many tourists but they use pollock. It is indeed the best fish the lord above has ever made to be deep fried in batter.

... Probably because I only listed the first few things that came to mind...
But yes, Jambalaya belongs on the list, as does shrimp Creole, Red beans and rice,Muffeletas, beignets and a good oyster po-boy.
...And now I'm homesick ...

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.
You're going to have to get it delivered from Rhode Island or visit it yourself. If you do go to Rhode Island check out Delekta's Pharmacy in Warren or Newport Creamery, they make things called 'Coffe Cabinets' which is basically coffee syrup, milk, and coffee ice cream blended together.
Somewhere else makes it, but I forget what they call it there. There's also 'wieners' which aren't normal hot dogs, they're made out of veal and some other nice meats along with 'wiener sauce'. Those are incredibly tasty. Then there's Del Lemonade which is fantastic lemonade.
Man I need to go visit family so I can get the stuff.
Yes catfish. My dad makes it often but no batch has ever been as good as the first one he made. It was spicy, well cooked, and the fish itself was just a really good slab of fish.
Not to be too much, but I think my favorite food is penne pasta with a cream sauce (vodka, pasley, basil, and cilantro) mixed in with some dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and sliced chicken breast. Most delicious thing I've ever eaten made better by the fact that its home made and allowed to stew for three to four hours before eating

I have a mental list of places I want to go before I die so I can get some of all the stuff I've heard so much about, guess Rhode Island is gonna have to go somewhere on there...
