I know this is all made up, but this is sort of what I imagine a human of that build would weigh realistically. I don't really picture Space Marines as upscaled humans, but instead more "gorillafied" humans. Think two huge humans taped together. A 6 ft/1,8 m silverbackgorilla would weigh in at about 250 kg, so 300+ kg for a marine seems reasonable.

And let's not get started on the suits they wear. 100 kg? I'd say at least 5 times that much. On the other hand though, the materials used in the suits are made up, so for all we know they could have all sorts of magical properties. Density of styrofoam, bullet resistance of tank plating etc.
