Bad news.......the Orks won......needless to say the stormtroopers need to practice drop tactics (they all landed on dangerous terrain or on enemy units, and died before a shot was fired), and the valkyrie pilots need to stop taking naps in the runway, one arrived turn 3 from reserve and the other never arrived due to time constrictions from the shop closing for the night.

One thing that I'd like to bring up before joining, vedettas and valkyres don't actually have any sponson gunners. They do however have a co-pilot, so you should proabably change that before someone tries to sign up for that position. I'll co-pilot Laura once you've changed the positions. Character information will follow shortly.

Name: Artaur Darses
Age: 43
Position: Co-pilot of Laura
Bio: Artaur was raised in a very poor town on Terusian. He spent his childhood years working in a munitions factory. When he was eleven, he was working the ammo press in the factory, his hand slipped and he accedently cut off two of the fingers on his left hand. After his wound was bound and he was sent back to work, he decided he wasn't going to put up with this kind of crap anymore, and that night he ran away looking for a better life somewhere else. He found it in the form of a traveling circus, or at least it had many of the things you'd expect to see in a circus. Acrobats, strongmen, freaky bearded women, and gladatorial combat (that last one being the one thing that set them apart from most other circuses). It was the circus' owner who found Artaur living on the streets, trying to scrape a living off of whatever he could find in random strangers pockets. The circus owner, a man called Clubare, adopted Artaur as his own, mainly out of sympathy for he to had once been living on the streets, but also because Artaur was absolutely gigantic for his age, and Clubare felt that he could put that to use in his circus. After he had feed and clothed Artaur, Clubare asked if he'd like to join his circus. Artaur agreed without hesitation and Clubare offered him a position as one of the strongmen, however Artaur's eye was caught by Clubare's gladiators, and he requested that he be made one of them instead. Clubare told him that most gladiators didn't survive their first fight, and those gladiators were a lot older then fourteen years old, but that didn't discourage Artaur, so Clubare eventually relented and let Artaur fight as a gladiator. Despite his young age and lack of experiance, Artaur ended up surviving his first match, and he was soon one of Clubare's finest, and people flocked from all over to see the young gladtator fight. Of course gladitorial combat wasn't exactly legal, and after four years of living in the circus, Artaur's gladitorial career was interupted by the local Arbites, who had finally decided to crack down on Clubare and his circus. Many of the people at the circus were killed by the Arbites, but Clubare managed to sneak Artaur out of the chaos, and paid for it with his life. Now that Artaur was a wanted man, he decided to get the hell off planet, and what better way to do that then join the Imperial Guard. After he had gone through basic training, he was sent of planet as one of the many drop troopers in the Terusian 15th. After about seven years of distinguished service, his leg got horribly mangled up during a drop. Altough he got it replaced with a bionic one, it wasn't exactly of the finest quality, and he was no longer able to keep up with the rest of his squad. His officer had him retrained and repositioned as a pilot so that his bad leg wouldn't be a proplem anymore. He spent the next eighteen years flying the regiments vendettas and valkyres, and although such a lengthy career would've earned him a much higher position, a recent arguement he had with an officer, which resulted in Artaur punching the officer in the face, saw Artaur demoted back to co-pilot. He now spends most of his time complaining about how he misses his old vendetta, or about how Mollet can't learn how to freakin' fly straight, or just about life in general.
Description: Artaur has brown hair on the verge of going gray, and hazel eyes. He stands at 6'6" and weighs in at around 270 pounds. He looks like hell all the time and he's damn proud of it. He rarely shaves so his beard is often long and his hair is unruley. He never got a bionic replacement for either of his fingers, however both his left eye and his right leg are bionic.

I love writeing really long character sheets.

Don't you lecture me on what I should or shouldn't do! I've tried giving him pointers but he's the most thick headed person I've ever met! I even made it easy for him, all he had was read my book *Artaur pulls out a very large and very heavy book* on how to properly fly a damned vendetta, but he decided to use it as tolet paper!! I`m not talking about age so much as experiance, and experiance makes a big difference. Now I`m not saying that Wilkie isn`t a good pilot, he certainly has the potential, he just hasn`t got the experiance that I do. Of course experiance isn`t everything, why just look at Mollet! He`s been flying for quite a while now, and he`s still abouslutely terrible!

I 'spose, we should just demote the bad pilots to Ratings.
