The only Fire Warrior Team Leader in my army:

A devilfish full of six shas'la headed to an objective in cover against Thousand Sons.

Tau hold an Objective, Thousand Sons hold an Objective, third is up for grabs.

Devilfish is blown up, three of the Shas'la killed in the explosion, the rest pass pinning on double 1's.

Next turn the Thousand Sons just UNLOAD everything they have on this squad in cover, killing two more.

The one lone Shas'la in cover holds out for 2 more turns of shots from his entire army( which due to how we deployed, both of our armies were at full strength). Turn 7, tau 2: thousand sons 1.

A wounded Warding Stave Paladin holding off Eldrad, Avatar and 2 Wraith Lords in CC for 4 combat phases until time was called in a Kill Point tourney game (that ended in a draw).

For a single markerlight hit on the squad, only a single tau unit can increase its BS by 1. Also, as you described it, it seems the stealth suits first fired the markerlight, then all the other units fired their weapons, then the stealth suits fired their cannons. That is wrong, too, they - like any other unit - can only fire once per turn. If they have a networked markerlight, they can use any markerlight hits for their own fire, if they only have a normal markerlight, the hits can only be used by units shooting after them.

Crap, another mistake! He did shoot with the Stealthsuits and Markerlight (one at a damn time), THEN he proceeded with the shooting made a Chapter Master out of a Sergeant.

My archon cant get a promo, but he did well, charged a command squad with stracken, my guy had 4 incubi, my opponent lost a few of the squad killed 1 incubi, next turn he charges a missile team and a full 10 man guardsman team in, end of the fight my archon was the only thing left standing.

I had an archon with one wound left, no invul and a 5 plus armour save (no fnp) against the 4 remaining khorne berserkers (one of which was a champ with power weapon). I had 5 attacks to kill them. at str 3... I hit 5 times, wounded 4 times, they all die and I make off with a pain token. Then that same archon goes on ( it was a 4 way ffa) to kill huron black heart and get str 6, then to smash a destroyer lord and gain str 10. He finished his life by smashing a total of 6 necron warriors and 2 wriaths before his last wound was taken XD
