My Tournament 1500pts, all at a gaming standard but slowly getting painted.

On the painting table. Five more wracks and replacement urien, a new sslyth and a clawed fiend. And a random limited edition twenty fith anniversary space marine that i won as a prize. Cool.

Your army still has a really old school feel to it that I can see is inspired by your older models. It's great to see. I regret selling off my old army just as I had gotten around to finishing it as I am strapped for time these days. But the newer models are much better and a real joy to paint. Seeing this thread has inspired me to use my day off tomorrow wisely and pick up a paint brush! Cheers for sharing.

Thanks for commenting! Yes, the colour scheme is def inspired by my old army (that I actually sold recently) but yes, the new models are a blast to paint, so much detail on each and every model. There are a few things that I need to really allow me to focuss on getting done, a display case for my fully painted models.. and more important some good carry foam, battlefoam does some custom DE ones that I am really interested in so I will be saving up for some of those trays. Like that I wont be sad when I transport the army and my nicely painted model breaks!

Yeah I need those two things too, a display case because I have friends that don't do the hobby that really want to see what I've done and the battlefoam because the dark eldar are so slight and can be fragile.

So, a bit of a hiatus. But I am back! Here are a few updates first off my first unit of wyches, I went back and did all the detail (after this pic the bases got more work) but the grenades are done and the colours all match on the loincloths and such. I am a happy camper, one unit down:
