I heard somewhere that the largest group of UN workers are Canadians.
And you are all taking the stance that somehow this is to criticize US elections. If you are so great, they'll just use you as a model when offering suggestions to other countries...
Still, no one explained to me why True the Vote can observe and seem to be allowed to go wherever they want, while UN rep can't.

Because toe jam is better than the UN?
Why are you assuming they were allowed to go somewhere other as a voter, or even exist. Note - you're referencing another thread with no video proof. Me no believe them even there says big chief Frazzled.

I think that's because you expect the UN to have the same power as any other governmental entity, which it can't, and not due to any fault of its own.

Ah well, that makes Big Chief Frazzled a whole lot more sensible than most would say.

Funny, isn't this an organization that the United States is a participating nation in this organization and ratified all the major charters the organization has put forth?
Also, aren't Americans employed in this organization as well?

Right... but you're missing the point.
They have no right to observe unless the state/federal invites them.
We're like one big American Family... we're like the family that constantly argues and fight with one another...
But, if an outsider tries to butt-in... that entire family forgets what they were fighting about and turns on the outsider.
Just saying... we take care of our own here...

Internaitonal treaties are utterly irrelevant to the US Constitution.

Yeah, it's not like you enter them willingly, by representatives of your government.
Or that you don't use them to sue other countries in international courts...

Thats the point! We don't trust the government, nor its representatives. Thats why we have the Bill of RIghts. Thank you Paranoid drafters of the Constitution - hurray!
And whats awesome is that politicians can't use international treaties to take away US citizen's rights under the US Constitution.
