Hainanese Chicken Rice:
It's a Singaporean dish, despite its name. It's poached chicken and rice. But this rice is no ordinary rice. It's often cooked in chicken stock and it tastes amazing! The chicken too is really good - once you poach the chicken you cool it down immediately so that the fat forms under the skin. If you ever have the chance to try it, do so.

They're little steamed dumplings filled with pork and soup. It takes ages to make, but it's awesome! Din Tai Fung, a Taiwanese restaurant chain, sells great dumplings like this.
What tastes really good is when you dip them in vinegar and add ginger.
