He did indicate that the engraved "restricted" would not be on the final product.
Now that my wife is going to be employed after the end of the month, I may have to try and get into this KS deal. Those corridors would work great for a number of games I'd like to play.

Infinity: spaceship or bunker complex fighting.

SoTR1949: Secret German weapons lair in Antarctica.

40k: Small skirmish games.

Gruntz: Spaceship or Mecha facility. (might require some extra bits to modify for 15mm scale. Mostly ladders up to the side rails to be used as human walkways with the main floors for Mecha.

Hmmm.. wonder if I have any gaming stuff I can get rid of to fund this purchase....

I believe so... I know there were a couple who objected to having the writing and he has been good at listening to the backers so far. It would be nice to have some doors that our troops are permitted to go through after all!

Cool, the Cargo Hold design is finalized (see pics below) and the KS is only about $1,500 away from reaching this goal. One (1) will be added FREE to the "Level 3" pledge and it is a $20 Add-On for everyone else. The catwalks are removeable if you don't want to place them in the hold.

Also, lots of comments on the KS have been asking for modular rooms and he's been working to add that, as well. These could be as small or as large as you want !! (Well, consistant with the corridor modules he's set, I suppose). I'm thinking HANGAR BAY !!!!
Here's his working concept ...

I haven't taken the plunge with this KS yet, although I hope to before it ends.
I'd love to get at least the basic setup with maybe the cargo hold and airlock, but a level 3 setup would be great.

I can't add comments yet, but I have at least one question, if someone can post it.
Are there thoughts for alternate outer wall sections, such as ones with Vent access or Window pane cutouts?
I don't see an environment hab without windows somewhere on it.

There's been a great update for heading into the last week of this Kickstarter !!

Things like acrylic Force Field Doors, additional Doors, Stairs, Smaller Rooms (brig?) and even a swap-out menu in case you want to trade components from the stock sets.

Check it out here :

That was indeed a good update! Shall we have some piccys though?

Not much of a fan of the forcefield bits atm but maybe they will look better inserted into the door?

Love these little things!

I just wish he would get round to figuring out the international shipping for all the pledge levels. The $100 level still does not have a price!

My god, I would love to do an entire 4x8 table of this stuff...

We used to play kill team multibattles on a space hulk-ish board and it was totally fun.

In for now (just realised I'm pledging for four Kickstarters at the moment...not sure how that happened).
I think I prefer the look of the Warmill corridors, but the $100 level here gives me some variety at a great price.
Shipping will probably be the deal breaker, I put in for $20 for the moment.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Creator just announced in the comments that $45 is the shipping total for all pledge levels. Blegh.

Yeah the shipping sucks, especially since both of us don't even live that far away. Heck, I am sure there are parts of the States that are further away than Alberta for you!

$50'000 mark reached and the corridor two side room stretch goal unlocked. Nothing new revealed, but some new pictures of the how the stairs, forcefields, and narrow rooms can be used.

With just under three (3) days left, they've revealed the Stretch Goal that so many have asked for ... THE MODULAR ROOM !!

Also, take a look at the third picture that shows a Level 3 set with most of the stretch goals in the set up (I don't see the opposite corridor rooms).

Meh, the modular room looks a little plain and flimsy for my tastes. I had to drop my pledge because it was all getting a little pricey for my tastes. Hope he does well with this though!

This project has hit the last 13 hour point so if anybody still wanted to back it, now is pretty much the time. Still trying to figure out how much I'm going to throw at it...
