Is it a kind of alleged assault situation? I mean, if she could not have been legally required to have an abortion, then extra-legal means would need to be in the frame. Surely that would imply a criminal charge?

Yeah, that was my question earlier in the thread. Given the parents aren't in a place to physically drag her into an abortion clinic and tell the clinic what they want regardless of the wishes of the daughter, exactly what she's suing for is kind of unclear.

"I demand my parents let me live with my grandparents and don't take me to an abortion clinic, exactly like what is already happening."

Sad thing is for all the trouble she putting everyone else through, when that baby drops I'm willing to bet she won't be the one who ends up supporting it.
