The Dark Angels might kill you if you know something of the Fallen. This is a very specific, highly unlikely scenario.
The Marines Malevolent are a chapter famous only for the fact that they will nonchalantly butcher civilians and other mortals if it is convenient for them, and view it as a just act.

Those Minotaur's, man. A Space Marine chapter with Prefered Enemy: Space Marines. I swear if I heard they were coming to my aid I'd set up an ambush and make sure whatever came out from warp travel wasn't there for long. I might even try to garner a momentary ceasefire from my opponent and ask them to help me out.

They are currently the Executioners of Renegade Space Marines by the High Lords of Terra.
They just got pretty good at killing more space marines.

ADB: I showed the Wolves revealing the key weakness at the heart of the World Eaters; showing Angron that his Legion was broken and worthless compared to the others; that he was the one primarch who couldn't trust his own warriors, and that they didn't care if he lived or died; showing that loyalty to brothers and sons is the heart of success for the Legiones Astartes, to the point even Lorgar makes a big deal out of saying the World Eaters and their primarch were massively outclassed by Russ, and Angron was too stupid to see the lesson Russ had sacrificed time, sweat, and blood, to teach. We're talking about a battle the Wolves won, by isolating the enemy general through pack tactics, and threatening to kill him, without a hope of defending himself. It was a balance, 50/50 - Angron overpowered Russ, and the Wolves were losing ground to the World Eaters; but Russ and his warriors had Angron by the balls, and barely broke a sweat. They won, no question. Lorgar even says: "The Wolves won, meathead."
Dorn won’t help you either. He’s too busy being the Emperor’s groundskeeper, hiding behind the palace walls. The Wolf is too busy cutting off heads as our father’s executioner, while the Lion holds on to his secrets, and has no special fondness for you. Who else will come? Not Ferrus, certainly. Nor Corax either. Even as we speak, I suspect he flees for Deliverance. Sanguinius?’ Curze laughed cruelly. ‘The angel is more cursed than I. The Khan? He does not wish to be found. So who is left? No one, Vulkan. None of them will come. You are simply not that important. You are alone.’ Konrad Curze to Vulkan

Alpha Legion masquerading as Ultramarines is quite bad as well, but not sure if they can be called allies.

Iron Hands basically treat guardsmen like cattle and force them to fight in situations they have no real hope of surviving, or hope of inflicting any damage really, like tricking guards into charging into a cave full off mutants and daemonettes, knowing the guards would break and die almost to a man. But hey, free meatshields.

Well that is what the guard is for after all.
But I agree, Iron Hands, Marines Malevolent and Grey Knights are rather bad as allies

The Marines Malevolent I find to be even less sympathetic than most Chaos Marines. At least they're open about their team killing practices. Imagine the hope you might get as an Imperial citizen to see Space Marines come to rescue your world, only to torch you and everyone you know for getting in the way. And laughing about it because "lawlz, puny humans."

Chaos ones. Followed closely by the loyal ones. They're all complete maniacs in one way or another and any Guardsman fighting alongside them is in deeper trouble than usual.

Hmmmmm....
I'd probally go with the knights of blood.
They beat up allies as much as their enemies,to the point that they have been declared renegade.
