Feth, no 13th Penal Legion. The Last Chancers are by far my favorite regiment, but in a pinch the Tanith First and Only are solid. Honorable third (and the regiment I'd most like to be stuck in) is the Valhallan 597th, home to Ciaphas Cain, Hero of the Imperium.
