The Marine Standing Behind Marneus Calgar

A few years before that I had the old wood elf metal dragon sitting on a high shelf and a friend of mine was standing in front of it and he went to wave his hand at me, and his sleeve caught on the snout of it and pulled it down to fall on the hard wooden floors and shattered into every piece it possibly could. That one never went back together properly.
I should probably avoid metal monstrous creatures with wings....
I have one of those metal WE dragons, I'm lucky it went together right the first time. That kit was ugly to work with. And transporting it is a bear. Every time I touch it, I expect it to shatter into the thousands of pieces that compose it. And he is poised to grab onto anything and go flying.
Mine lives behind glass and under a light coat of dust these days.

Wasn't on the floor but once I went to pick up a unit of the BfSP night goblins, misjudged, and got two of their spears underneath my fingernails.
I almost lost my sh** and destroyed the whole set. God I hate those goblins.
As for a model on the floor story, I did once step on one of my Krieg heavy weapons teams. Didn't hurt, just made me sad :(

My favourite is when they catch onto your sleeve then try to leap for freedom. It's a good job the two halves of my Trygon aren't glued together or that would have been messy.

My Tau army got moved from the table onto the floor without my knowledge. So here's me walking through the lounge with lights off as I knew where everything was and then *crunch!* Bare foot straight down on a squad of Kroot with raised spikey weapons.
Not quite dropping to the floor, but still.

Being an Englishman, this is unfortunately a frequent, and painful occurrence. My sympathies to you.

We, the unwilling are led by the unknowing, for the ungrateful. We've done so much for so long with so little, we are now qualified to do something with nothing. |
