Morf (who i still believe is running Pulp CIty) is one of the nicest guys you will meet. Every year we would see him at gencon and he would literally spend hours talking to us about the game, his ideas and even life in general such a great guy.
Even though I have most of the supremes I am going to pledge for the new stuff coming out. I can't wait to see what else is in store!

Iron Man (Iron Train?) upcoming in the Supreme Alliance, but I think C.O.R.E. is close for now
Spider-Man Anansi from the new Villain pack has webs and a "spider sense"
Green Goblin err, Dr. Red throws grenades?
Mysterio Trail in a lot of ways
Dr. Doom Mysterious Man, behind the scenes kind of guy
Superman Supreme Zed
Thor (Perun?)
Batman tough one, not sure that's happening yet, but how do you copy that guy?
There aren't too many direct matches, what with copyrights and such. But, here's a few:
Supreme Zed=Superman
Wonder Wight=Wonder Woman
Perun=Thor (appearantly Perun is the highest Slavic god, more closely Zeus than Thor)
Skyline=Daredevil
Wildman=Wolverine (Logan IS a scottish name)
Amok=Hulk
Feartigo=Scarecrow
Arquero=Hawkeye/Green Arrow
The Grims also have LOTS of homages (Toxic Avenger, Jackie Chan/Bruce Lee, Magneto, 300 SPartans)
And (soon, hopefully) there's the plan to remake the entire original Avengers as the Supreme Alliance:

No idea yet. They're going through concepts for the Forgotten, ancient evils like minor gods and spirits, and that should take 30k or so. After that MIGHT be the Alliance. They've been pretty quite about it. But that pic is from their fcebook

Yep. What's the worst, they don't make it and you pull the pledge? Deals too good to pass.
And the game has become my favorite in the last year. Action points, alternating play, super heroes and thousands of combos.

They've been working on the SA for a quite a bit now.
From the early progress, it is really cool to see how they've been fleshing out the concepts.

The pics are in the forum. They've been working on this team for a few months now.
First guy is a giant radioactive armadillo named A Beast. ( big brawler type.)
Second Capt America type guy is Spybreaker. ( scrapper type/ shield type)
Third guy is a Fire/ Water/ Chemical guy named Coldfire.( area effects weapons)
fourth guy is a Armor set, named Battlesuit 7. ( Armored suit. Big guns Jetpack.)
Fifth member is a aquatic female, named Aquanaut ( looks like another scrapper with a trident, or maybe some kind of a dangerous hips thing going there. One things for sure, shes a knockout. )
Sixth member is another Stars and Stripes type, is in an ongoing name her contest going on. Back in the day, She'd probibly be something like Lady Liberty, or Liberty Belle, or something. Me? I think i'd just call her, "Hey, you! Girl with the good looking... guns! and the nice T!@#s"
Some might even want her to be called Martha Washington, her pornstar name.

https://www.facebook.com/pulpcity
I added the forum link, because there is a lot of ongoing information hidden in there amongst the chaff. They've been working on them for a few months to a year now.
Going to be a pretty bad assed team, as well. Automatically Appended Next Post: Heres a repost from over there at the KS comments from Hendybadger that is a pretty good list of links for more info, as well-

Bad news!
(Maciej) @Alpharius: We believe Supreme Alliance is worthy of their own KS, so they are unlikely to show up here unless we get to 200K or so

If I understood it correctly, they will perhaps do an add-on book for customizing your one Supremes and minnions. The Alliance could be a Stretch Goal for this Kickstarter and not a separate one.

The campaign went well so far. The book is founded and we get some nice new models. Everything on top is a bonus. This game deserves some love and the Community is really nice. So everyone should use the possibility to start with the Kickstarter. If you miss it, it's your fault.

What's that? More free models? OK!

And the free not-Venom Grimm with 500 backers:

LOL!
What are you doing in that silly skin suit? That Grimm looks like Frank the Rabbit.
really looking good to see a few more grims, any more word on the extra souls for 100 voices? His pack needs some extras.
I can think of a few of the figures from Wierd that would fit right in there. Chompy, the ghosts, a few of those little snackers from pandora, maybe even baby Kade himself... nothing wrong with giving the necroplane a little back up.
Best thing about this game is the total versitility that you have with the figures you can use.

I'm fairly optimistic and think its highly possible.
Check Kicktraq for similar-sized companies and their KS successes, particularly with last three days. Red Box Games, Wrath of Kings, High Heavens, Imbrian Arts, etc, all have good money and new pledges at the end of the campaign.
Let's pull for Pulp City to do the same.

Most of those campaigns weren't bleeding backer or funds heading into the final five days though.
But as previously noted, 100K (give or take) might the ceiling for this one - and that's OK too.
I did bump my pledge by $50 today though!
