Tiers and their relevancy are only going to matter to you if you plan on mindlessly regurgitating the stuff you find on the internet that are being billed as "optimal" builds. But the exact same build can be good or mediocre depending on how each particular is comfortable/skilled playing.

At the end of the day to me tier is irrelevant. Blood Angels won't suck forever. And they are due for a new codex some time in the next year so my advice to you is forget tiers. Love the army, love the game.

If they get the DA treatment, they will keep sucking.

Well here's hoping the BA will improve at least enough to join a tier 2 level when the new codex finally arrives but true I will still stick with my team no matter what as their my team and always will be.
