Well guys that's all for 2 weeks, I'm back to work tomorrow so will begin work and the updates when I come home 2 weeks tomorrow.

Hopefully I'll be able to get a decent bit of work done on it

Right guys, got home yesterday. Spent a few hours today doing some more brown and I've also started some of the armour plating, however, on the shoulders and top it was too big an area to do my usual technique so I've gone with this, the lines need tidying up and I need to put another coat of black on but you get the idea.

Gonna be a while lol. All the other armour will be the same as my forgeworld death guard but the top is just too flat to pull of that technique. I'll have more updates in the week

Looking real interesting. The hazard stripes always make me think of Iron Warriors, but you've done them well. Looking forward to see where you take this...

Thanks guys, got so,e some done today. Spent over an hour just doing the brown bits that can't really be seen from straight on,must odd angles but it all needs doing. I've also started some of the base coating for the 'white' and tidied up all the lines on the top and gave it a second coat of black.

No pictures today as nothing has really changed. I'm down the shop for a few hours tomorrow, may paint or game so updates are other people dependant lol

Slowly coming together, have most of the armour based and washed now too and some small patches of rust to break up the monotony of base coating

Looking good man! It's a big model, and you've got lots of Nurgle-y green stuff sections so I really like the geometric pattern of the hazard stripes. You've got some good corrosion/corruption on them, too, so they don't look clean; just like the residue of the original machine before Chaos took it over.

I also really like the base--very much the "destroyed urban cityscape" concept--and the upturned claw.
