The head is made from a piece of the warp smith that I cut apart and attached to a different head basically doing a face swap. I'm possibly going to use those terminators buuuut I have the grave warden ones on the way and I plan on converting them to fit in with typhus really well.

The pictures are taken at my desk while I'm working and it's the most well lit spot in the house and flash sucks. I might try to put down some white paper or something in the future.

Those FW IH that Azazelx linked are amazing; I think they would fit this army perfectly! Same goes for the tank stuff from an earlier Azazelx post - those exposed smokestacks would add a lot, I think, as well as the circular door. Some extra lights/scanner clusters could go a long way to tying your tanks in with the rest of your army too.

The Chosen and special characters are coming along amazingly! Keep it up; can't wait to see this all painted on the battlefield!

As far as photos, just throwing some white paper or a sheet down in the background would help a lot - not just with the busyness in the background but with color balance as well.

Those, some smokestack mods and a couple extra lights and scanners and I think your tanks will be as unique as the rest of the army!

Breaking my long long silence, I moved and took a long break from 40k for mtg. My friend pointed me towards the Khorne daemonkin book for having a list with the maximum amount of daemon engines. The list has bloodletters which I wasn't excited about because I don't feel that daemons are very IW. Then I saw the Sicarians and thought about using them as is. Well that's not how I roll so I decided to kit bash them with the necron praetorian kit. The biggest pain was carving out the necron pelvis to allow the sicarian legs to fit. I don't think I would have been able to do it without a dremel and it still took me like 20mins for each one. I have 5 down of the 12 I need but they could take a while to collect because of the expense.

Sorry it seems to be turning them sideways...

Here is what I'm planning to use as a khone Herald. I consider him a tech magus of some sort. Maybe he built some of these "bloodletters"? Idk. He is based on the cairn wraith sorcerer I had a few pages ago. Just wasn't too happy with him as he's was and had a bunch of spare parts sitting around just waiting to be utilized. Lots and Lots of green stuff sculpting done in this. Something fun to do was the toxic sludge pool on his base. Lots of layers of paint mixed with gloss medium and the nurgles rot technical paint.
