The darkness between the stars

Yeah, in Mortarion's Heart, Draigo gets pounded into the ground...quite literally and only wins because he new Mortarion's true name. He also was reluctant to take Grand Master. It kind of re-writes the codex a tiny bit.

I am pretty sure it was Alaric and as far as I know, he still hasn't fallen.

Honestly, Tzeentch is my favorite Chaos god and the Thousand Sons my favorite Chaos legion but they were not a psychic force done right so I went with the Grey Knights. Although, with Ahriman's changes, I have considered maybe going back to that idea but I have too many Imperial Forces and I really want an Imperial Knight.

At least we came together with our hatred of Nurgle. The only thing I like about him is his units ability to be tough as freaking nails and hard to kill, but your units look positively disgusting. Nothing a bit of sorcery couldn't take care of and I am sure Lord of Change would highly favor that since he also hates Nurgle.

YOu are correct if you mention that being him. The notion of Alaric (if that is him) is to be a plot hook for a potential fall to chaos which, of course, shall never happen. It is, as you might guess, much like the 13th crusade and so on. Bad tidings that shall never be answered.

Well we can agree on the gods and the legion for sure! That and it seems we both have a liking for psykers/sorcerors

I guess the Grey Knights win this one, although I despise them and often don't even consider them a Space Marine chapter. Other than those tools, I would have to go with the Blood Angels and the Ultramarines. Simply because they both have 2 of the most well known psykers......Mephiston and Tigurius.

Be vigilant, the taint of chaos is always near. There is no mercy for the weak and treacherous.

I love the Grey Knights and I actually agree with you. I often don't consider them a proper part of the Adeptus Astartes. They are made the same way but are functionally different from the other Space Marines. And every single Space Marine is a tool, a tool for war. That is their purpose.

Haha. Yes, every Space Marine is indeed a tool for war! Although that's not the kind of tool in which I was referring to.
