#35 - Instructions and Product Releases

Late Model St. Chamond

Good Morning and Happy New Year,

I hope everyone's New Year is off to a great start and that everyone is enjoying their models. We have been busy here adding a bit of inventory for our product launch, building assembly instructions and working on new model releases. This will be our next to last update for the Kickstarter. We plan to send a final update out next week and move on to our next endeavors.

Instructions!

We've finally added model instructions to the website. First up, are the Rolls Royce, the MkV and the A7V. We should be adding the the CA1 tomorrow and the rest by early next week. You can access the instructions via the links above, or in the ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS page at trenchworx.com. Click the picture or name of the model you want to view. You can also access the instructions from the item description list. We realize we should have created these before the model left the building. In all honesty, we were so focused on molding and packaging, we kept letting the instructions slip. Many apologies to everyone for our oversight and Many Thanks for your tolerance.

Tanks of WWI Kickstarter Models Available for Order!

We have 'activated' the availability of the 'Tanks of World War I' Kickstarter models on Trenchworx.com You can now go to our online store and order whatever you like from the Kickstarter. As a THANK YOU to all of our supporters, we are offering a coupon code for 10% off your order and FREE shipping anywhere in the world. The code will expire Monday (1/19/15) and should work with other coupons you may have.

All of the models will be Build To Order aside from those in our launch inventory. We plan for shipment of your orders within 2-3 business days. If we experience heavy order volume, shipments may take as long as two weeks to cast. We will notify you via email if that is the case.

We plan to notify the rest of the world next Friday (1/16/15) and give everyone time to use their coupon code before it expires as well as a higher Build To Order priority.

St. Chamond Pre-Order!

Nate has been busy in the trenches designing TWO versions of St. Chamond models to go with the official launch of the Kickstarter models. The 'Early Production' version had access to a 75mm St. Chamond TR gun and observation turrets. The 'Late Production' model had access to the slightly more powerful 75 Model 1897 Field Gun. These are two individual model kits and brings our WWI line to 9 total models!

These models are Pre-Orders with shipment occurring on or about February 1st, 2015. The retail price is $40. We are also offering a 'Pre-Order Bundle' which includes both models and will last until February 1st. The pre-order bundle is $70 and also works with your coupon code,

We wanted to make sure you had access to ordering the St. Chamond models instead of placing an order and then Trenchworx releasing the model a month later. If you add one of these items to your order we will hold your and ship complete unless requested to ship separate. We do appreciate any shipping consolidation you would allow, but also understand the desire to get your hands on some newly cast resin!

Lastly, we appreciate everyone's help, support, compliments and tolerance. I'll send another update before we conclude the activity around this Kickstarter. If any of you have had any issues at all, please do not hesitate to contact us at service@trenchworx.com and we will respond quickly to resolve your issues.

I'll leave you with some pictures of the St. Chamond pre-release. There is an in-process paint job in there too!

Enjoy...

Dave

In-Process Paint Job! Soon to be finished.
