You could always buy a Get Started kit. I might recommend either the Tau kit or the Skitarii kit. Both are a really good deal, and the Skitarii can ally with your existing SM armies to provide some extra backline support.

Most important question: are they painted?
If not, put down the wallet and pick up a paint brush.

They are getting there. Painting is therapeutic to me, so I am taking my time. My army that I actually field is about 33% done.
Vehicles don't actually bother me to paint. Painting infantry after infantry after infantry annoys me.

As long as you're making progress painting, then I have no idea what else you should buy. Sounds like you can field damn near anything.
Perhaps invest in some sweet new terrain?

I have definitely considered some of the terrain. Any thoughts on which ones?
I was thinking the Imperial Defense Emplacement (to replace my Aegis Defense Line in my list), an Imperial Bunker, or some of the ruins.

I'm not overly familiar with the GW line of terrain, but any of the sleek stuff available from tons of manufacturers. I'm sure it's been mentioned but another option would be picking up a Forgeworld kit you've always wanted?
If you've got money burning a hole in your pocket my go-to stuff:
1) new set of colour matched dice for the army?
2) custom templates (or just new ones)
3) Buy/build some badass objective markers
4) new transport cases/foam trays etc.
5) terrain (as mentioned above)
All kinds of "support" products if your army is set.

But I hate that they are so expensive for a kit you use less than 50% of the parts! I will probably bite the bullet eventually.
Someone mentioned bikes. I will wait until the bike kit hits general hobby stores and get them at Hobby Lobby for 40% off.

You know, I think I am actually going to take Nevelon's advice and pick up a Stalker tank and a Techmarine. I can make a Stalker and use the Hunter cannon to build a Thunderfire Cannon (seriously, that is brilliant idea). I think I have a missile to put in his servo arm too. This'll be much more useful to me.
Since the Stormtalon for nerfed, I think I am going to work toward a Anti-Air Defense Force. The Stalker has enough shots that it isn't worthless against ground targets. Especially when in a full squad of Stalkers gets ignores cover.
Also forgot the best part. The Techmarine and the Stalker come out to $86.75 before tax and shipping. Perfect for entry in the Dream Army contest!

I am thinking of getting the Space Marine HQ Command Tanks off eBay. They won't be cheap, but they look awesome and would be a great addition to my army.
It is either them or a Sicaran Battle Tank. My big issue is that the Sicaran won't make sense for Crimson Fists since their armory was blown up. The Command Tanks could be new additions to the armory to replace the lost, but a Sicaran is a relic. If I did get the Sicaran, I would probably order Alexis Polux for my Heresy Imperial Fists 405th Company.

My Space Marine Command Tanks came today. I have decided that I am going to magnetize them so I can make them be a regular Rhino and Land Raider if I don't feel like running them as the Command Tanks. Luckily the Primaris's top is easily removable so I can just magnetize the gunner. The Excelsior is only needs a different turret at the front, which I can do using a Razorback turret. The Excelsior will serve as Pedro Kantor's personal transport and the Primaris will be my Captain, Vicente Torres's transport.
