You just reminded of one of the most horrible things that could ever happen.... a Space Marine is in combat, chopping Orks to gooey bitz, when he suddenly gets a serious case of the gaks! Just imagine the look on his face as diaghrea pours out of him and he can barely even stand as he realizes he's gonna have to eat that gak.
