I would have thought I'd see more entries for crisis suits, given they are one of the most effective and variable units in the game.
Also, I haven't seen anyone put down IG vets. Those squads are amazing.

Then comes along the frakking Spinosaurus who kills the T-rex, and the movie says "LOVE THIS NOW! HE IS BETTER" But...in your heart, you love the T-rex, who shouldn't have lost to no stupid Spinosaurus. So you hate the movie. And refuse to love the Spinosaurus because it is a hamfisted attempt at taking what you loved, making it TREX +++ and trying to sell you it.

No, my post was a serious question! I know it can do a lot of damage, but can't you just throw 2-3 melts vet pods at it or something?
It is the only Eldar AV13, and has holofields and a lot of HP, but it is a lot of points.
I really could be wrong, but I figured it was kinda on par for other Titans.

Vets with optimal special and heavy weapon loadout are VERY boss. In one game, my opponent had a large squad of termies and a large squad of CSM and I had ONE vet squad left. I wiped out all of his termies but one before his CSM's got close enough to charge me and put a stop to it. Don't underestimate a humble IG vet with a lascannon.
Also, flyrants and flying Nurgle DP's but no mentions of the Bloodthirster? When it comes to wrecking face anywhere on the battlefield for a very reasonable price, I feel like the Bloodthirster deserves a spot on the list.

Here's a potential candidate:
chaos sorcerer, Mastery lv.3 with spell familiar. Rerolls all failed attempts to harness warp charge points. Give him terminator armour, a sigil of corruption and mark of tzeentch, 2+3++
Also, with scrolls he gets to roll up a new power every turn, and with his 3++ he's unlikely to blitz his own brains out.
Also I believe obliterators and nurgle bikers should be on that list somewhere.

You know... I wonder in a future-theory-hammer sense, if we might be seeing Ad-Mech Infantry on a list like this down the road?
I say it strictly because, depending on special weapon load-outs, you can have ten cheap bodies that can be tailored to be devastating with Haywire (like... Melta-Dom levels of scary), or stacked with more-than-rapid-fire Plasma for some serious anti-elite-infantry.
I feel like "quite cheap", combined with the ability to fill dramatically different battle-field roles might do a little shaking of the meta, especially as they are troops.
My local meta plays a TON of competitive Highlander, with troops being "unlimited", and as such, any army where generic dudes can fill wildly different roles will be HUGE.

It did for a while... Mercifully our very well regarded TO went through and very thoughtfully limited different DTs in a way the whole community ultimately ended up happy with.

50 points to hold a objective that fills up your troop slot? I'd say that's fair. You don't wanna waste shooting on 10 cultists worth nothing when there are Helldrakes and other nastier stuff on the board. Sure there are ALOT of stuff that are stronger, but it depends on how you define Top 10 units. Top 10 strongest? Top 10 most efficient? Top 10 value for points?

My list based on models I've fought against:
- Splinter Rack Raiders full of Deldar Warriors
- Grotesquery
- Wave Serpents
- Revenant Titan
List based on what I have used myself:
- The humble Necron Warrior. Wrecking tanks and tanking like nobody's business
- Night Scythes. No explanation needed
- Monoliths. Because who doesn't love a functionally (albeit flimsy) superheavy tank that can warp units around the table.
- Destroyers. Now with Jetpacks and 2W, these are stupid good at killing virtually anything without 'broken' levels of endurance
- Ironclad Dreads in pods. because robots beating the snot out of monsters is so much fun.
- LoTD. Because ignores cover meltaguns, with pinpoint DS to boot. Screw your wave serpents.
- BA Vindicators. Because a 36" threat bubble of S10AP2 Ordnance is just about good enough.
- Imperial Knight (Paladin). Tanky as anything, with the firepower & combat prowess to feasibly neuter if not outright destroy 3 units in a turn.
- Stormraven Gunship (AC, MM, HBS, LB). 240 points of a flying fortress that will make a mess of whatever it shoots at.
Honourable mention goes to the Taghmata Omnissah army list from HH#3. Having played with & against them in a 40k setting (pre-agreed), I can say that they hit stupid hard and are pretty tough to take out.

It also depends what you're facing. Against Marines, cultists are great objective holders. Against Sisters, they're a one turn clean up.
