In fact it's great that they flesh out non-Legion renegades too, even though I do wish that
CS had bit more character.
But we still dont have the chocolate or strawberry.
Well yea, but you gotta start with vanilla...
I'm sure the Legions are just around the corner! *smirk*
And when they do them (if ever) let's be honest: many of the same "experts" that now complain they haven't done them will then complain that they didn't do them right, or in the wrong order, or they aren't balanced, or they don't have the right fluff
, etc., etc.
It's an interesting dilemma for
GW because they realize that much of their older base will never be satisfied with anything they do.
All the complaining and pissing doesn't motivate
GW to do our bdding, it only confirms for them that they need to continue to focus on finding newer customers with less baggage to replace us.
I used to get all frothing and angry about
GW not making my Sisters codex or Death Guard. Codex, and not releasing the models I demanded. Then I came to the realization that I really don't matter much to them anymore. I'm one old grumpy and opinionated gamer. If I buy or don't buy there have been hundreds of new recruits willing to drop thousands and who are fine with the current armies, etc.
the game has left many of us veterans behind. It isn't going back to some romanticized golden age. Adapt and find something to enjoy about it or find other ways to spend your time/money...
