I am reminded of the saying ' Never take an idiot with you, you can always find one when you get there!'

I am sure there are some posts where people post negative comments about unrelated issues.(I am not aware of any off the top of my head.)
Do people raise GW rules issues and business practices in the painting, background and conversion forums?

And there are many posts where a critique of GW rules or business decisions,(in the appropriate forums.)Is reduced to personal attacks by people who have no counter to the legitimate critique,but they manage to get the thread locked any way.

I am sure if GW plc actually bothered to engage with customers in a meaningful way online, the level of negativity would not be as bad.
Other companies actually engage with dissatisfied customers, to see if they can improve customer relations and gain invaluable market research.

The fact that GW do not think the customers are worth communicating with , other than in a B&M sales outlet.Speaks volumes about GWs attitude toward GWs customers, IMO.
