A general tip; Avoid official forums like the plague, find fan made ones. Official Forums will have every 12 year old whose ever played the game come on and whine because Paper beat his Rock, where as the Fan Made Forums will have people actually discussing the product, ways to improve it, and generally be a better experience all around.
Dakka is a fan made forum, btw.
I'm pretty sure at this point that official forums exist as nothing more than a tool to reduce the amount of hate mail in the company's in box
You know, I honestly don't doubt it.
Even the Rioters who made League of Legends (Mostly Ironstylus) said their forums were too toxic for them to actually post in.

(I am being too cynic here. GW also has a YouTube channel where you cannot directly buy things. Great improvement. With comments turned off though, of course.)
