Tzeentch is #1, but Nurgle is a very very close second. I believe in one of the books, I read that Nurgle is the only being that can be unpredictable to tzeentch, courtesy of his plagues and that no two plagues are alike. Tzeentch just cant get a grasp on them, which frustrates him quite a bit.

Khorne and slaanesh, big picture wise? Slaanesh is the baby, weakest of the bunch. Khorne has trouble rallying his followers/daemons.
