Besides the main races in 40K, what other aliens have been mentioned in the fluff. I know there are the Enslavers. And in the Horus Heresy novels, those spider aliens. There was another too, but I cannot remember the names. Is there a site somewhere that has them all listed?

Im sure there is, but most names are not known because if they were encountered they were most likely wiped out. The only known Xenos are really those who presented (or present) a challenge to mankind, or otherwise had a large impact on events.
Ergo, like 10 other Xenos races.
But, to name a few, the Laer, Diasporex (confederation containing some aliens), the mega-arachnids, and some others.
