We're sticking to d6 here but other stuff is welcomed.
However, i'd really like to take a look at d10 hammer too.

D10 makes for much easier math than D12 for sure.

Thank you, I really couldn't figure out who you responded to before you edited your post. Will you be writing your own rulebook and upload here or what are your plans?

To me the Chaos Space Marines needed to be characterised as a threat reaching back to the Imperium's past, a threat which had refused to lie down and become part of history. This is in part why the gods of Chaos are less pivotal in Codex Chaos; we felt that the motivations of Chaos Space Marines should remain their own, no matter how debased and vile. Though the corrupted Space Marines of the Traitor Legions make excellent champions for the gods of Chaos, they are not pawns and have their own agendas of vengeance, empire-building vindication or arcane study which gives them purpose. |

If you want to make a D10 System, you should base your work on the StarshipTroopers rules.
No need to do everything from scratch with an 40k like D10 system already out there

I don't think there's a game system like mine. First of all it's phase-based. Though I could take a look at the StarshipTroopers rules... Then again, using ideas from other games makes mine less original eventhough they may be good ideas.

I have not seen a complete new system for quite a while.
Most game mechanics were already used somewhere and new rules are mainly new combination of old ideas.

Well I'll stay away from alternative rule-systems then! Do you aurhors know that your system has been tried or is being used regularly?

We'll see - depending on how many rules would change. Maybe it's gona be easier to use it as FAQ to current rules.

Of course it is.
It is for years now but people still like it and don't want to accept drastic changes made by the community.
You just re-write it and remove the very bad mistakes without changing the basic rules too much.
