I have a lot, but no where near a chapter. I think the problem with a lot of plans would be transports....do you take them or not?
I have a fully Battle Company of Dark Angels, about 60 terminators and a load of ravenwing that is such a shambles, they'll probably end up on ebay and I'll start again. Problem is, I lost my mojo with the DAs so I built up Krom Dragongaze's Great Company. This is very nearly complete, all painted and fully mechanised. I have 50 Ultramarines, 30-odd Deathwatch and 2x 3k armies of GKs and BAs.
Total model count for me is circa 550 marines...impressive, but only half way there.
When I get my painting backlog under control, I may re-focus on the DAs and try and get a 2nd company battle company complete and finish the Deathwing. Then, at least, I'll be on 3 out of 10....

As anything other than a "because its there" type accomplishment, a full chapter is simply way more marines than most people can conceivably use. I'd be impressed, but even in the largest apoc games, a heavily supported battle company is usually plenty.

So 47 total.
I salute you good sir. Trying to get myself a full sqaudron of DKoK Death riders but even that seems like an improbable lot of work.

I must be close with my Crimson Fists. Of course, by this I mean I have around 130 Marines of various types so I technically have their "full Chapter" after the Rynn's World disaster

I don't have a chapter, but I do have an armored battalion with each and every tank being customized and unique from the next.
Not to mention an Ordinatus Majoris, War Zeppelin, bunker complex (not shown) and then some. A few Skitarii troops are new, with some Death Korp (also new), and a handful of "Space Marines" (not new, but not SM model, instead are customized Guard with exo-suits.)
Its evolved concept wise into a Tech Guard force.
Its an old pic but it works. I don't have enough new material to warrant another army pic yet.
Its not as many tanks as other armies I've seen. But I like to think mine is unique due to the extensiveness of the customization on each and every armored vehicle. No one is the same. Sure there are a lot of "Leman Russ" or "Chimera" etc, but they have some crazy weapon system, locomotion or something that makes one separate from another.
As far as I know, there is no defined "limit" to a Tech Guard (or Imperial Guard) army like how a Chapter has a defined limit of X troops/tanks etc.

I used to own an entire chapter in Epic. That wasn't all that hard (or expensive) to achieve really. I have a company of 40k now.
The picture above really does indicate just how badly 40k has become Epic.

I've owned 3 companies in the past (1st ed beakies, 2nd ed metal/plastic hybrid and 3rd ed plastics).
This was the 3rd ed company:
My current marine army is approximately a company strong although not organised as a specific company.
Much more than that simply stops being useful really quickly in my opinion.

I've got a black templar fighting company, but thats kind of whatever you want really, so dont know if that counts. the alternative is 6-7000 templars haha
I've got approx 200 initiates. 30 neophytes. 100 or so sword brethren (termies/vanguard/sternies) 20 chaplains (ZEAL!!), 30 assault marines then all the extra captains, terminator captains, chapter masters etc. 2 landraiders 1 spartan, 4 rhinos.
It used to be an awful lot more but, there was more than I conceivably paint/use and money was tight so off to the auctions it went

I remember seeing a picture from a long time ago of a full chapter of ultra marines put together and painted by GW back when when they revamped 40K into 3rd edition. I might be wrong about that cause it is coming up on 20 years ago when I first started playing. What I remember more than anything about that picture was that it was F***ing cool, and there were a crap load of marines, tanks, and everything else in between.

That was in the old 3rd edition SM codex.
However I think they mentioned it was basically the entire studio's army pooled together.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
