Tyranid synapse needs to be addressed, it's currently - horrible for several reasons.

Due to KT restrictions it's not that easy to even get Synapse creatures that are useful, also the book-keeping is ridiculous. Not just rolling for each model individually but also keeping track of which has failed the synapse test and which has not - each turn.

Either remove the synapse rule all-together, best option given how weak Nids are and how weak Assault based armies are in KT - OR at least make it so the entire army can make one synapse roll that applies to all models.

Wow just came back from my Kill Team tournament with the 15 models limit, did better than last time (as I was the last one last time) and faced reasonable lists. But the winner is the same guy from last time, who this time played a Dark Eldar list to counter the cheese that was the 7 Scatterbikes. The list was two 5x squads of warriors, with poisoned weaponry, each in a transport skimmer, the one with AV10 all around, and it's S5 AP2 + Blast weapon. He flatly beat everyone with this most of the time without losing a single dude, even the 7 Scatterbikes.

On the other hand I faced a newbie who played 3 Tomb Blades with the Blast weapons, and 10 Warriors. He played not really good because he didn't know Kill Team rules perfectly, but still I managed to shoot off a bike with a Vanguard and I slew the two others in melee with the Dragoon.
