I was also happy about the BoW feauture about my Primaris:
http://www.beastsofwar.com/community-spotlight/blood-angels-norman-warlords-saintly-warrior/

Anyway here is the next Intercessor Primaris:

Again only a very minor conversion. I only used MkVII exhaust vents with BA droplets, the droplets were arranged to enhance the dynamic, forward feel of the skirmishing mini.

And as always more on my site:

Gorgeous! I just did the same thing but with a wolf tail and skull hanging off the vents

Burnt some midnight oil, here comes the Sergeant of the squad:

Primaris Intercessor Brother Marine Sergeant Crassus the 2nd company, 7th squad. Again only a small conversion.
The backpack received a Blood Angel icon and I used an bareheaded Blood Angel head.

The face looks either - professionally done or he's melted horrificly. I cant tell if its the picture that messes the view up

Ace work otherwise, love the subtle edges/highlights

Rock solid basing as well!

It is professional done, just check the other faces in the thread...
It is a very angry snarling Black Rage head, that might be the reason for the look

Love the paint scheme! Looks incredible! Could you let me know which paints you used in a very brief guide for the armour? That darker red is just what I've been looking for!

Sure thing.

Based Black, then a layer of sprayed on dark red (IIRC Khorne Blood) .

After that Vallejo Black grey on the pouches, citadel leadbelcher on the metal parts.
Then Nuln Oil wash.
Same again for pouches and metal.
Red armour gets one layer of citadel mephiston red and one layer of evil sunz scarlett mixed with mephiston red.
White edge highlights, done.

To fill up the ranks of my BA Primaris force I contacted Peter of Scars Miniatures again.
As always he did a splendid job.

The guy to the right is from me, the other five are build, converted by me and painted by Peter.

Once painted I slap on the transfers and do some detail work here and there to get the feeling the minis are mine...

More soon.

Another angle of the Primaris Intercessor Brother Marines of the the 2nd company, 3rd squad.

Primaris Reiver Brother Marine the the 2nd company. Again a small minor conversion.
The backpack, left shoulder pad and the helmet is from the Death Company box. I also painted him in DC colours.
While Primaris are not effected by the Black Curse of the Blood Angels I decided that some Reivers will paint their armour as DC to honour their brothers.

Where the Intercessors are the battle line heavy infantry of the Primaris Astartes, the Reivers are elite assault specialists given special training and wargear.
Reivers are masters of terror tactics, breaking from stealth in a cacophony of Bolter fire, grenade detonations and guttural, Vox-amplified roars.

Fits to DC too! For transfers I used Forge World BA.

Thank you for replying to my email and sending me this link. One thing is for sure these are the best BA Primaris I've seen. Are you working on a Dreadnought or Repulsor next?

I am so jealous! Man those are some excellent PMarines!

The only thing bad about these awesome BAs is how awful they make regular broken marines look in comparison. Even really awesome paint can't hide the stark contrast between old and new marines. Even the terminator is raised up on his base and he still looks like a child next to the BA!

One thing I want to ask is, would you be able to recreate that chalice on a regular marine gauntlet or were you able to do it because of the extra space? I want to steal that idea but I'm not sure how it will work out on a regular marine. How exactly did you paint that chalice of I may ask?

Lovely paintwork as always, but I gotta say the Reivers are the only Primaris models which really leave me cold. I think they were trying too hard or something, but I see them and it does nada...shame as they appear to be pretty decent in the game.

Should work also on a normal SM.
Painting the chalice - GW Gehanna Gold, Agrax earthshade, again Gehanna Gold with more and more mixed in silver.

Shadowspear arrived, time to paint a Vanguard Infiltrator.

And what chapter fits more to the Vanguard than the Raven Guard…

Infiltrator Vanguard Marine of the Raven Guard chapter - build right out of the box, only a Mk VI helmet was used. Decals by Forge World.
I more or less speed painted this one, reading the fluff about the Vanguard, they can be a bit less emblazoned as normal Marines.
So I went for a more "real life" in the field look.

They look great. Are the heads just normal MKVI or did you somehow upsize them? I've seen other primaris models with beakies attached and the head always looks too small

Nothing to see here, move along mortal.

My take on the splendid new Mephiston miniature.

"Mephiston, originally named Calistarius, and also called the "Lord of Death," is the Master of the Librarius and the Chief Librarian of the Blood Angels Space Marine Chapter. He is the only member of the Blood Angels or their Successor Chapters known to have defeated the pull of the Black Rage not once, but twice in his life, regaining his sanity both times. He is a Librarian of potent ability, believed to be one of the mightiest psykers in the entire Imperium of Man.
Yet there are whispers that Mephiston paid a dreadful price for his resurrection, that when he mastered the Black Rage something altogether more terrible took its place. It is to be hoped that such rumours are baseless, mere carrion latching onto greatness, but Mephiston keeps his secrets close, and only time will reveal the truth."

IMO he fits very well into my BA Primaris force...
