Dark Elder and Tyranid Guns of course will be brutal but ones I don’t think have been mentioned are slannesh noise guns. I imagine nails on chalkboard only amped to 1000%. And rubric inferno bolsters blast you physically and then “burn your very soul”. That can’t feel good and could make you feel like you are dying forever.

Flamers, the Warp Spider webspinner and the Devourer all seem pretty awful things to get shot by. The weapon that I think that I would least like to be shot by, though, is one with rerolls to hit and rerolls to wound.

"Hah - you missed! Wait - ah crap. Hah - I made it! Wait - no I didn't..."

All you have to do is fire three rounds a minute, and stand

Volkite weapons always sounded particularly gruesome.to me, especially this description from the wiki

“Volkite Weapons produced a deflagrating attack, in which subsonic combustion caused by a beam of thermal energy propagated through a material by thermodynamic heat transfer so that hot burning material heated the next layer of cold material and ignited it. A Volkite Weapon's heat ray had a devastating effect on organic matter, explosively burning flesh into ash and jetting fire”
It’s like having a long range organic flamethrower that will literally spread and burn entire squads if the troops are too clustered.

I'd be kinda worried what some chaos weapons actually do. Like the slaanesh relic "gun" that's actually a while. Or some of nurgle guns. Most of the other armies design weapons to kill you at least.

Dark eldar weapons in generally make me nervous for the same reason.

as an ork player i feel obligated to list several ork guns

shokk attack gun: see above, other people go in depth on it.
telyport blasta: you get teleported somewhere randomly in the nearby(ish) vicinity. could end up falling from 10 miles in the sky or get put halfway through a wall. not fun
lifta droppa: you get pulled up into the air and then slammed into the ground at a ridiculous speed. again, not fun.
bubblechukka: fires a forcefield with random attributes. could be your entire squad gets smacked with all the force of a slap, or just you get liquefied by a stupidly powerful blast.
snazzgun: oh god what the heck is that gun even? it's got parts from like everything on it oh god it's firing bullets grenades and plasma blasts and...*gets ripped to shreds by a stupid amount of dakka*
