Firstly, you're breaking the rules of the forum.

Secondly, the "Roolz Boyz" are notorious for not having a clue. I can already spot 3 mistakes in that email.

Edit: Removed a line.

It looks like it's an email from Warhammer World not the Design Studio. Therefore it wouldn't hold any weight outside of that venue.

While BCB’s response is unnecessarily inflammatory, he is correct. An email you received from Warhammer World just doesn’t count as actual evidence of the rules. At best, it tells you have the WW staff will rule at their tournaments.

I don't think my post was inflammatory. I admit it was a little raw (no pun intended) but it's because I've grown weary of the same fallacious arguments time and time again.

As Ghaz correctly points out, Warhammer World house rules are not relevant to how the rules actually work.

This is completely ridiculous.

There are no stormtrooper rules for them to be confused with and they are humans with the correct equipment.

Alright, what email should I send the query to so I can have a "correct" response? Googling sent me to that one.

I will not rest until the Tabletop Imperial Guard has been reduced to complete mediocrity. This is completely reflected in the lore.

There isn't one. GW do not answer rules questions via email, and even if they did, an unpaid interns opinion is no more valid than mine. The only official rules are the rulebooks and FAQs. I've already given you the objectively correct rules answer, an email from GW isn't going to change that.

GW employees are not ‘unpaid interns’. What is this obsession with deriding employees you’ve never met? I don’t disagree with your rules take here, but the Intern Fallacy has gotta die, man.

Well seeing he is encouraging way of play he even doesn't play himself...He's just in for trouble making. He's instigator. Get people play way he doesn't play himself and cause huge flamewar with it.

I assure you I personally do play that way. I always play strict RaW. If my opponents don't agree to, I agree to disagree and simply find another opponent. I used to sometimes leave the issue and let my opponents break the rules, but I no longer do so.

The official email for rules inquires is 40kfaq@gwplc.com as noted in this Warhammer Community Article https://www.warhammer-community.com/2017/12/15/the-future-of-faqs-and-chapter-approved-dec-15gw-homepage-post-2/

This will not get you an official response other than an acknowledgement of your inquiry that may or may not be answered in the next FAQ update. For the record, I sent them this inquiry back in July, but no answer was given in the September FAQ:
Q: In a Detachment made up only of Militarum Tempestus units and units covered by the Advisors and Axilla rule, do Militarum Tempestus get to use their Regimental Doctrine of Storm Troopers?

The reason for the question is that on page 132 of Codex Astra Militarum, the Militarum Tempestus rule states they don’t get to use their Regimental Doctrine unless “every unit in that Detachment is from the Miltarum Tempestus”. However, the Advisors and Auxlilla rule state “the units below can be included in an Astra Militarum Detachment without preventing other units in that Detachment from gaining a Regimental Doctrine”. Thus there is no agreement as to which rule holds presence over the other.
Please add to those asking the question so that hopefully it is addressed in the next FAQ.
