Yes, at this point it definitely feels like they're shy of giving it too much focus on the website.
Really? This is the article image that is front and centre on the community page, jumping at everyone just visiting the page to get some Stormcast Shadespire FAQ or whatever.
It has both the fiend and the slaanesh character front and centre.

Yes, really.
Leaving aside that the image you show is twice the dimensions of the image as it appears on the website... yes, really it is odd that that's the only image, across multiple articles, of one of the new models in the set.
I'm not necessarily reading anything into it - as others have said it'll be up on the website in a 360 in a couple of days, and as I have myself posted it is shown prominently on the back of the box - but yes, it is a bit odd that it's had such a low profile so far. Given GW's history of ambivalence toward Slaanesh it's not out of bounds to imagine that this might be intentional.

Its quite clear that GW haven't been doing their normal "wow, look at this brand new model, it's awesome" routine with tbis one. It's literally one of the better models they've released recently (compare it to the Black Legion dude who was shown repeatedly), but they are being extremely timid in previewing it visually. Its not an accident.

No, it's cause of the bewbs.
Which they're hiding by not putting on her and plastering them all over the Fiends, which are everywhere, instead.
Definitely an incompetent conspiracy.

Context, as always, is key. At a glance, most casual observers would just see the fiends as monsters. The features would barely register, it would just be "oh a monster". The brain does recognise female form patterns though, so it is far more recognisable. Context again matters when it comes to where the image is viewed. On a web page that your kid is looking at is different to on a box of models that are being bought. You know generally what models are and what they are for, whereas an internet picture, at a glance, could be anything. Different contexts, different reactions.
I also don't understand mentions of conspiracy. How is an internal GW decision about their marketing strategy in any way a conspiracy? They are just presenting their product in the way they think will most likely result in interested customers.

Cool.
There's no boobs on the Herald, though, so your facile argument still falls flat on its face at the very first hurdle.

Exposed breasts are not the sole way in which a model can be sexually suggestive.

No idea what to make of it, but the pre-orders are up for New Zealand, and the Enrapturess is noticeably lacking a 360 view, or even an individual shot. Back of the group in the faction photo, and her sprue is placed at the back of the line in the displays. Far too consistent to be simple oversight.
Bizarre as it sounds, it does indeed seem like they're shying away from it.

First thing I checked when I got up. I had a feeling this was going to happen, which only got reinforced when I saw the front page animation which has a good view of all the new models except, surprise, the harpist that's hidden in the back.
GW, you're killing me!

This makes me so nostalgic for the 'suggested for mature readers' days of Slaves To Darkness.
So if a new Keeper of Secrets is released at some point I guess it will be sold under the counter, in a plain wrapper, and you'll have to show i.d. to prove you're over 18 before they sell it to you.
I love it.

Funny story - the only time I've ever been ID'd was in a GW store buying spraypaint! Now granted I'm not big on nightclubs and as soon as I was able I grew a beard, so that has kind of let me dodge most asks; but still the only time was buying spraypaint!
(I think the age limit on it was/is 16 in the UK)

Interesting tidbit: preorders are up and all models in the kit get the "360" treatment, except the Enrapturess...
(well, serves me right, I just saw that someone already pointed this out... Don't mind me, I'll get back to hide behind the curtain...)
