Catachan are still slightly better though. The Catachan doctrine always applies but the Cadian one only applies when stationary.

Yup. Of course Catachans come out ahead there, since they can move and still use the re-roll ones order and get their natural re-roll for number of shots, but Cadians cannot move and keep re-rolling ones. Still, Pask + overlapping fields I think more than make up for this relatively minor weakness.

Catachan do seem to be the best choice, although I really hate things that give you a bonus for staying still. I always feel obliged to use them, even when moving is the better choice.
