B5 was hit particularly hard in this regard:
G'Kar, Delenn, Garibaldi, Vir, Sinclair, Zathras, Franklin, Zack, even Draal.
That's about half the cast of main characters and a bunch of minor ones, if I'm not mistaken.

The ending of the movie really feels like it’s trying to set the show up for a reboot.
